The adjoining snap is of a boggy of the FIRST SUBWAY TRAIN of JAPAN that ran between UENO station to ASAKUSA.
Saturday was the day when we chose to see what is the secret behind the Metro Subway Trains. We went to a Underground Railway Museum. Boring it may sound, but its worth visiting. Since it talks about
1.Where the first subway train started in Japan.
2. What were the problems when the authorities decided for this way of communication.
3. What is the mechanism behind their success.
4. The people behind its existence.
5. The safety measures.
6. They talk about how drilling the ground was the greates task.
7. The simple sign boards they designed.
and much more....hence i guess its worth visiting.
Its here that i learnt that in the Metro Subway Rail network. TOZAI LINE (Our current residence is on this line ) is the longest line. Shinjyuku to Shinjuku San (3) CHOME is the shortest run between ant two stations in the whole network.
If you are keen to explore more, then see the snaps in PHOTOS section and send me feedback.
