15 GREAT THOUGHTS I came across...some of them are too good :)
1) "Learn from the mistakes of others... you can't live long enough to make them all yourselves!!"
2)"A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and Honest people are screwed first."
3)"Even if a snake is not poisonous, it should pretend to be venomous."
4)"There is some self-interest behind every friendship. There is no friendship without self-interests. This is a bitter truth."
5)" Before you start some work, always ask yourself three questions - Why am I doing it, What the results might be and Will I be successful. Only when you think deeply and find satisfactory answers to these questions, go ahead."
6)"As soon as the fear approaches near, attack and destroy it."
7)"The world's biggest power is the youth and beauty of a woman."
8)"Once you start a working on something, don't be afraid of failure and don't abandon it. People who work sincerely are the happiest."
9)"The fragrance of flowers spreads only in the direction of the wind. But the goodness of a person spreads in all direction."
10)"God is not present in idols. Your feelings are your god. The soul is your temple."
11) "A man is great by deeds, not by birth."
12) "Never make friends with people who are above or below you in status. Such friendships will never give you any happiness."
13) "Treat your kid like a darling for the first five years. For the next five years, scold them. By the time they turn sixteen, treat them like a friend. Your grown up children are your best friends."
14) "Books are as useful to a stupid person as a mirror is useful to a blind person."
15) "Education is the Best Friend. An Educated Person is Respected Everywhere. Education beats the Beauty and the Youth."
Life is like a roller coaster ride with ups and downs..but it's your choice to either scream or enjoy the ride.

The Legend, Motivator, Steve jobs, passes away - RIP
No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
- Founder, CEO, philosopher, Steve Jobs....
You have left a vacuum in the world which cannot be filled by anyone else....

Kyaa Zinda ho tum ? - ZNMD
Kya Zindaa ho tum ?
Dilon mein tum apni
Betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum
Nazar mein khwabon ki
Bijliyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum
Hawa ke jhokon ke jaise
Aazad rehno sikho
Tum ek dariya ke jaise
Lehron mein behna sikho
Hal ek lamhe se tum milo
Khole apni bhaayein
Har ek pal ek naya samha
Dekhen yeh nigahaein
Jo apni aankhon mein
Hairaniyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum
Dilon mein tum apni
Betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum

Lovely meaningful hindi song
Pairon ki, bediyan, khwabon ko, baandhe nahi re
kabhi nahi re…
mitti ki, parton ko, nanhe se, ankur bhi cheene
dheere dheere..
iraade hare hare, jinke seeno mein ghar kare
woh dil ki sune, kare, na dare, na dare…
subah ki kirnon ko rokein jo salaakhein hai kahan
jo khayalon pe pehre daale woh aankhein hai kahan
par khulne ki deri hai parinde udh ke choomenge aasman aasman aasman
subah ki kirnon ko rokein jo salaakhein hai kahan
jo khayalon pe pehre daale woh aankhein hai kahan
par khulne ki deri hai parinde udh ke choomenge aasman aasman aasman…
aazaadiyaan aazaadiyaan
maange na kabhi mile mile mile
aazaadiyaan aazaadiyaan
jo cheene wahi jee le jee le jee le
subah ki kirnon ko rokein jo salaakhein hai kahan
jo khayalon pe pehre daale woh aankhein hai kahan
par khulne ki deri hai parinde udh ke choomenge aasman aasman aasman
kahani khatam hai, ya shuruwaat, hone ke hai
hone ke hai
subah nayi hai ye, ya phir raat, hone ko hai
hone ke hai…
kahani khatam hai, ya shuruwaat, hone ke hai
hone ke hai
subah nayi hai ye, ya phir raat, hone ko hai
hone ke hai…
aane wala waqt dega, panahein
ya phir se milenge doraahe
khabar kya…
kya pata….
kabhi nahi re…
mitti ki, parton ko, nanhe se, ankur bhi cheene
dheere dheere..

Mom writes for son Ved
God gave me signal
and, i got it right,
You were about to come
and,I was ready to hug you tight.
You were so quick
no one could expect;
you were not in a hurry,
but just wanted to be time perfect.
The day you were born
you became my son;
and i too took rebirth
as your mom.
You cried so loud;
I was in full of tears
Doctor said You are perfectly healthy
and now i should recover fast
and become your mother whom
you should find trustworthy.
You were so tiny;
my hands shake when i hold you for the first time
then days flew so fast,
that the day came even without our notice
when you called me maa for the first time.
Soon you started crawling
all over the house;
and i just loved you getting naughty
like a baby mouse.
I feel so low
when you are sick
And Then i just want you to be as ever
Quick Quick Quick.
Do you know ved
you are loud?
Like a thundering cloud.
Just be yourself darling
and do not bother about the world.
Because i know
one day you will make me proud.
Wish you a very very Happy first birthday
my sweetie,cutie little brat.
And, i want you to be thankful
to the God;
who has put lovely beautiful first feather
in your birthday hat.

This is How Winners Are Made - Inspirational
Life is tough, that’s a given. When you stand up, you’re gonna be shoved back down. When you’re down, you’re gonna be stepped on. My advice to you doesn’t come with a lot of bells and whistles. It’s no secret, you’ll fall down, you stumble, you get pushed, you land square on my face. And every time that happens, you get back on your feet. You get up just as fast as you can, no matter how many times you need to do it. Remember this, success has been and continues to be defined as getting up one more time than you’ve been knocked down. If experience has taught me anything, it’s that nothing is free and living ain’t easy. Life is hard, real hard, incredibly hard. You fail more often than you win, nobody is handing you anything. It’s up to you to puff up your chest, stretch your neck and overcome all that is difficult, the nasty, the mean, the unfair. You want more than what you’ve now, prove it! You want beat the very best out there that is, get out there and earn it! Once you decide that, you’ll know where it is you want to be, then you won’t stop pushing forward until you get there! That’s how winners are made. At the end of the day, success is what we all want. We all wanna win, and the race will be won. There is no question about that. So c’mon, get out on top, run faster, dream bigger, live better than you ever have before. This is in you. You can do this. Do it for yourself. Prove it to yourself.

Japan uncut
Just arrived back to Japan on Saturday morning after a precautionary 2 weeks in India. Came alone this time so that I can see myself are there any issues in leading a normal life atleast where we live I.e saitama, near Tokyo. Followed our great india vs SriLanka final and what a proud day it was for all of us as Indians. Where our great nation of fulfilled this dream after 28 years the nation which has allowed us working and given work opportunities, Japan, is trying to come out of it's worst nightmare ever.
Boarded a train in Saitama towards Tokyo and being a Sunday evening everyone is travelling as usual with their families and friends. Everying is running as usual. People coming from electronics district with new laptops/gadget. Everyone taking steps to bring the things to normal conditions. People are wearing masks, not due to radiations but this is quite normal here being spring season of "Kafun" or hayfever.
Hay Fever, "Kaafun" (in the pic)
There was planned blackouts which not being implemented since the citizens of Japan has responded tremendously to government request to save electricity. The over stocking of water by individuals is being controlled by allowing individuals to buy 500 ml to 1 ltr per person. Even though government has certified the tap water is fine for drinking, people want to take some precautionary measure for some time. I also have to take this step since my wife Swapna and infant Ved will be with me in couple of weeks time. I have opted for a water purifier kind of device with changeable 12 ltr cans. I will need it as a family with an infant.
Usual Rush at the station, kids going out for play too
People out even with infants
Lot of my friends I hear will be coming back in near future. I am seeing this as any other major incident back in home like blast in trains in Mumbai, where after few days people have to go back to their normal routines to ensure other part of economy it life returns to normal bringing the epicenter of the incident back to the usual pace.
At Fukushima, efforts are still going to bring in control the nuclear reactors. France president Sarkozy also increased their support to japan by offering robots which can go to riskier areas to do the work or measure radiations. Aviva, company which played big role in Chernobyl, also extended their helping hands to Japan SDF, to cone out of this crises.
People at evacuation center, are still out of their houses near Fukushima. There many countries have offered lot of things including India like blankets and water. Apart frim big Countries, nations like Afganistan,
Iran, Pakistan are also helping in one way or the other to the affected region by offering portable toilets cooking food and distributing to the person living in evacuation centre.
Around 11,000 propel are offically declared dead and efforts continue to find out missing 10,000. Estimated loss of 300 billion dollars due to msssive Tsunami.
Let us pray that all the life return to normal in coming months and Japan bounce back to the point where it left on 11th march.
afternoon. Spring is round the corner when the moods also start changing.
